Double send?
I think there’s a bug - when I first clicked send, the request message froze. I clicked again, and it ended up sending twice in the email thread.

Using custom domains and Zero Mail as a host provider
Can it be done? I understand Zero can’t currently do it, that or I didn’t manage to find it anywhere. I’d seriously use it and switch to it if it was possible. I’d like to be able to use my custom domains like @reyneill.com under Zero

Deleted messages do not stay in trash bin
When I delete a message from the Inbox, it moves briefly to the trash bin but bumps back into the inbox after a few seconds or refresh.

Inconsistencies between cursor: pointer and cursor: default
Some buttons in the sidebar and top bar have cursor: pointer and some have cursor: default. I personality like cursor: pointer more but especially the inconsistencies question me sometimes if I can click a button or not. At least on buttons like reload I have a slight feedback with the background color changing but the New email button for example has absolute no feedback on hover.

Thread/Sent Email issues/missing
There are a couple of issues coming through here.. 1. When an email is sent from Zero to a non-Zero email (gmail in my testing) and then replied back, the thread is missing. The reply email isn’t visible in Zero. 2. Multiple email account issues
We have a shared gmail account linked to Zero. 1+ people have the credentials and can access it. I recently added another personal gmail account and now each user can also see that personal email within Zero. At times the labels, are also being swapped between the accounts. So my team account will have the labels from the personal account unless refreshed. This may be expected behaviour, but I am not sure. If someone has access to one gmail, should they have access to all? However, when I log out of Zero with my accounts and attempt to log back in with the shared email address, my personal email is already signed in and is visible to all again. I can’t actually seem to properly log out of my personal inbox connection to 0.

Label counts and sub-labels are off
Sub-categories of labels are not coming through within Zero (on the left hand navigation) and the label counts themselves are also off. In this example, selecting the Client label shows 6 emails. Only 5 actually have that label and there is a count of 1 in the left-hand nav.

No way to use prompts or AI features
I see a way to edit the prompts, but no way to trigger them on emails. I tried asking the AI chat bot to summarize the email I had open, but it asked me for an email id, which I do not have nor is that user friendly. When I gave it the name of the email, it still could not find an email from today. How is this an AI email app with no AI features? Literally the only AI feature I could see to do is retype my email response which gmail already can do with gemini.

Too slow
Hi, I think some people have already given the same feedback as what I’m about to say, but honestly? Let’s not talk about any AI features first, you guys should seriously improve the performance for basic features like maybe loading my emails? I’m not gonna need any AI features before I can even navigate and get my emails fast. The UI looks sleek and modern indeed, but it doesn’t matter if I need to wait a few seconds every time I open the app when I can just open Gmail and get my emails instantly.
