Label counts and sub-labels are off

Sub-categories of labels are not coming through within Zero (on the left hand navigation) and the label counts themselves are also off.

In this example, selecting the Client label shows 6 emails. Only 5 actually have that label and there is a count of 1 in the left-hand nav.
