No way to use prompts or AI features

I see a way to edit the prompts, but no way to trigger them on emails. I tried asking the AI chat bot to summarize the email I had open, but it asked me for an email id, which I do not have nor is that user friendly. When I gave it the name of the email, it still could not find an email from today.

How is this an AI email app with no AI features? Literally the only AI feature I could see to do is retype my email response which gmail already can do with gemini.
