Multiple email account issues

We have a shared gmail account linked to Zero. 1+ people have the credentials and can access it. I recently added another personal gmail account and now each user can also see that personal email within Zero.

At times the labels, are also being swapped between the accounts. So my team account will have the labels from the personal account unless refreshed.

This may be expected behaviour, but I am not sure. If someone has access to one gmail, should they have access to all?

However, when I log out of Zero with my accounts and attempt to log back in with the shared email address, my personal email is already signed in and is visible to all again. I can’t actually seem to properly log out of my personal inbox connection to 0.
