Prevent Duplicate Account Connections

After logging in with my email, I was able to add the same account again as a new connection. This results in duplicate entries for the same user, which shouldn't be allowed.

This could lead to confusion and a cluttered user experience, ideally the app should detect and prevent duplicate account connections.
