Composer - Email addresses issues

Styling and functionality differs slightly between New email and Reply Composer.

Additional ask: If user tabs, we should ‘complete’ the address and switch row :) (common workflow when done typing an email address rather than first space/enter then tab)
AND likely as soon as we focus another field if there are addresses ..

New Email Composer

1. No spacing between the email pills
2. Colour?

3. Can’t delete emails by using backspace


Reply Composer
1. removes focus after an email address is added
