Settings for hiding your personal data (email, name, photo)

Any user can toggle the setting in the settings under “Hide Your Personal Information”. By default it won’t hide your personal data. If the user enables this setting, their personal data will be hidden/blurred (including the sidebar, and any other page containing the user’s personal information).
