Compose and Reply be modals

I would love it if these were modals overlayed instead of their own page.

Currently the compose is a modal, but doesnt feel like it since it removes the background.

The reply being stuff at the bottom is kind of annoying. I really like in gmail being able to see the email im replying to. Extremely helpful when needing to copy and past.

this should be a floating modal in the bottom right, that lets me scroll up and read the email, or go and view other emails incase i need to view/copy context of other emails to help that email.
